The SIG kilo 1800. It has an OLED display with auto brightness. It’s nice not to have to mess with that. And the 1800 has a ballistic calculator in it if you shoot rifle at all.
I concur......Sig, great product. I use kilo 850. Not the best due to unlit display for predawn and dusk time but I love it for bow hunting and thick woods gun hunting also.
You should look at the Leica CRF 2400-R. It is perfect for bow hunting as the 1st 200 yards it reads in 0.1 yard readings.
Please give us a call to discuss it, 516-217-1000

My Sig Kilo 2000 reads in 0.1 yard readings as well.......and that's the one thing I really don't like about it. For bow ranges, even 1-yard errors won't make a difference, so whether I'm shooting 49 or 49.1......doesn't really matter much. It just clutters up the screen a bit more for something that isn't needed for bow hunting.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Did some research and really like the Sig Kilo2200MR. Definitely overkill for me but looks like a good unit. Looked at the BDX but not interested in the scope and bluetooth so not worth spending the money on that technology. Whats the minimum range distance for the sigs, doesn't say on the website?
I'm a fan of rangefinding binos but as far as hand helds go I'd reccomend the Leica CRF-2400R. Most people overlook the quality of the optic when selecting a rangefinder and I think the CRF is the best optic of any of the hand held units.
