Blk Flg and Mtn. Ops Question

Are they the same owners, branded different names, or is the product manuf. by same provider and just packaged for 2 different vendors?

Looks like it's founded by the same guys (Casey and Jordan).
No idea if it's the same products with different packaging though.

i was confused about this too, certain products looked like a conflict and very similar to each other, so i wondered why bother.

A guess is they want to branch out and get into every type of athletic endeavor. Mt Ops is a strange name for a product to sponsor a motocross rider or surfer, for example.


Also, if you read the respective About Us - there is no mention of God in the Blk Flg stuff. Much more toned back from a religious standpoint. Stuff like that is not a mistake - seems like they want to attract a certain type of customer.

But they still have Gritty as an influencer/brand ambassador. Which caters to hunting. Looks like the their product is basically ignite.

They've been building the "brand" for awhile now. It's my understanding (through the grapevine) they have a non-compete with mtn ops and as that expires they will go full bore with the overpriced supps

The brothers sold their mtn ops stuff and now are business consultants. They are involved in ollin and a few other industry things. Basically people bring them an idea and they invest and help make it a functional business. They said that stuff in a podcast when ollin started.
