Ok folks, looking for new binos . Have $1800 at this point in my life. Would like 15x50ish. Mostly sit in pine spot, if we do move it ain’t that far. Weight not a huge concern. Good quality is . Best I can get for that money/ie/msg range

sorry I’m new, still not sure how this works exactly….

Meant to say money/quality/mag range

I have Swaros but the Meopta are VERY close. Occasionally there are good deals on used ones. May be a bit heavier though.

The Meopta may be excellent, but long term, you won't regret snagging used Swaro SLCs. That's the wise investment. They changed the way I glassed.

I’ve got 2 meopta scopes . Kind of dumbassed into them couple years back . Been very happy with them . My only concern w them is how would warranty work if I ever needed it? Nobody has ever given me a solid answer

The Meopta Meostar B1+ 15x were amazing.

It has been awhile since I've looked through them, but to date they have stunned me as much as anything else.

Would want to see the SLC's side by side before choosing

Their warranty works just fine. Email them, they will send you an RA number. Ship them the unit, they repair and ship you back your unit, or a new unit as replacement.

Is there somebody that does this for daytime optics? Rent them for a weekend or something like that?

We pig hunt a lot at night . There folks you can rent a thermal from for a week to try it out if you’re just getting into it. Pretty handy svc really , see stuff w your own eyes

You'd have to send them to the Meopta USA center in Florida

The zulu10 from sig sauer just came out a few months ago. Made in Japan glass and it's probably another Vortex UHD clone but cheaper. For the price you can't go wrong.

Only bothersome thing might be the sand color of the bino.
