In the last couple of years, there have been some exciting releases of new full size suppressors, especially in the 3d-printed titanium models in .308 built for durability. The K cans are great for backcountry field use where weight for multi-day backpack hunts and length for brush-busting matter, but there are lots of uses for full size cans in training, hunting in less dense environments, and/or when lots of rounds are expected to be sent (e.g. varmints, depredation).

Here are the top of the heap, sorted by Pew Science suppressor composite ratings (with some exceptions, the sound rating at the shooter's ear and at the muzzle are mostly in the same order as the overall rating). I've added weight/length/composition notes since those matter for us as hunters:

PTR Vent 1 -- 57.3 Pew composite sound rating; 15.4 oz and 9.1" as direct thread, 1.74" diameter; 3D printed titanium.

CAT JL/A1 -- 53.8 Pew rating; 13 oz and 8.5" with HUB direct thread adapter, 1.74" diameter; 3D titanium.

Liberty Mach-L -- 53.5 Pew rating; 13.2 oz and 9.1" with direct thread option, 1.74" diameter; welded, not 3D titanium.

CGS Hyperion -- 52.3 Pew rating; 15 oz and 9.5" as direct thread, 1.75" diameter; 3D titanium.

Dead Air Nomad-LT -- 52.0 Pew rating (for Nomad-L, not LT) 13 oz, 8.5" as direct thread, 1.74" diameter; welded, not 3D titanium.

Diligent Defense Enticer L-Ti -- 51.9 Pew rating; 10.7 oz and 8.5" as direct thread, 1.65" diameter; welded, not 3D titanium.

Otter Creek Hydrogen-L -- 48.8 Pew rating; 13.8 oz and 9.4" as direct thread, 1.65" diameter; welded, not 3D titanium.

Primary Weapon Systems BDE -- 48.7 Pew rating; 16.8 oz and 8.8" as direct thread, 1.75" diameter; hybrid 3D and machined titanium.

As we know, people (and perhaps other animals) experience the sound quality, tone, impulse, etc differently and the numbers don't tell the entire story. There are also personal preferences related to length vs diameter, mounting options (I prefer direct thread and not messing with adapters), etc. So, hunters and shooters, what experiences to you have to share on these top suppressors, or others that haven't been tested by Pew yet, either on their own or against each other?
