Best Rangefinding Binoculars?

I have tried all 3. Went from Leica to Zeiss to the Swarovski TA.

I am back in Leica, they are the best IMO. Zeiss a close second, the Swarovski didn't do it for me in the range finding arena which is unfortunate because all of my other glass is Swaro.

Best rangefinder, info or glass doesn’t all seem to come together. I have sig kilo10k and fury 5000hd ab. I like and know AB ballistics and like the rangefinder and screen info of sig, but it’s the gen 1 and a little blue. The Vortex is great for the price. Swaro and Leica I’ve used are super crisp but lack in screen info I like on the Sig. I want to look at the Revic and 10k gen2. Angle (AMR on Sig, HCD on Vortex) is important for me. On my last hunt it was 20 degree up the mountain. Sig has LOS and AMR in the same view. I just drop the distance to match AMR and have my dialup really fast. Also, on the Sig I have 8 named profiles I can pick from - my guns or my son’s. Vortex is A, B or C and not as easy. So I can switch to his profile when he’s shooting and verify range and dope quickly. So far it’s worked. But Sig far from the best glass.

I have and or had (all in the last 10 months) the Zeiss RF, Swaro TA, Leica AB Pro and now the new Sig Kilo10k GEN 2

Nothing even comes close to the rangefinder in the Kilo Gen 2. Not even a close second.

Glass
Swaro
Leica/Sig/Zeiss all had pros and cons. Too close to call. One had better center resolution, one better edge, one brighter in low light, one handled glare better etc. All exceptional tough.

I sold all and kept the Sigs Gen 2. RF is phenomenal. Glass is pretty darn good.

Does anyone have experience behind the new Leica Geovid pro AB+? I’ve heard a few great things about them but not a lot….

I'm in the same boat here. I have really good binos and a bad ass rangefinder and they work for me. However, I do keep kicking around the idea that having them as one unit could streamline things. Considering I archery hunt as well as rifle, Im not certain it would be the same gain for both types. I feel like rifle hunting would benefit the most because you could range something you spotted with the same device and magnification that found it. I think of myself in the brush holding my bow trying to get a few quick ranges before the bull stomps in and busts me tucking my binos back in, when a small rangefinder I can slip into a pocket real easy and stealthy. That's where my mind goes.
As far as the warranty, ya it's good but I'd rather not have to use it. When is that piece of gear going to malfunction? Hunting season, you can't get a new one fast enough. Then how long will this one last? Probably not a perfect option out there.
In my opinion it's hard to beat a Sig rangefinder, but if the glass is not as good that would take away from the main purpose. Glassing up shit to range. Are they getting a fair comparison? Constant comparison to industry leaders in glass is a tall order. I see sig has Gen 2s out, are they as good as some other brands "decent" glass? I have zero experience with Swaro, Zeiss, Leica and little experience with combo models so I will continue lurking on this thread.
Sorry for the long post. Drinking beer on vacation.

I think the best bang for buck is the Vortex Fury 5000's. I've tried them all to some capacity. All the solvers will get you on target so I wouldn't sweat that detail as much as the glass and rangefinder quality.

Swaro EL TA -- Absolutely the best of the bunch. I shit every time I look through them. RF works as needed (deer sized things inside 1000 and large objects out to 2500 in nearly all conditions). I borrowed these for a two day NRL match, and the dope was perfect for all ~50 different targets shot

Leica 3200.coms -- Really good glass. RF works as good as the Swaros. They can only range once every 5ish seconds because of how it displays, and that is annoying. These are what I own and like them well enough since they're 1500 less than Swaros

Zeiss RF -- Tried them out in the field next to Leica HD-R's and could NOT get them to give as crisp of an image to my eye as the Leica's so I returned them. It ranged everything exactly the same as the Leicas. Still really good glass and a great RF but can't comment on other specifics. Absolutely don't buy these for MSRP

Sig Kilo 3k -- Owned the 3k and it was OK bang for buck. Overall not amazing glass with a slight bluish tint as well; honestly on par with $150 binos. These don't have a solver in them, just including them here because I had the most time looking through these specifically. RF works better/faster than all three of the European options by a good margin.

SIG Kilo 10k -- Awfully blue tint compared to the 3k's. If it's just for NRL, its just fine I guess, but boy would I hate to have to look through them all day. RF is the best I'm told. The 3k's did everything I ever needed and THEN SOME. These are apparently even better and that's pretty awesome if you need to laze a tiny target a long ways away in bad conditions.

Vortex Fury 5000s -- Glass wasn't nearly tinted as the SIG 10k's. Slightly less than the 3k's also. RF is possibly as good as the 10ks? I cant say that for sure, but it's every bit as good as the 3k's. Due to the glass, phenomenal RF, and impossibly good warranty on electronics... Hard not to recommend this one if you can get close to MIL/LEO pricing

I've looked at the fury hard. Vortex warranty has always been great for me. Im sure others stand behind their product also.

since my original comment I have still not yet owned the fury 5000's but if they work for the user the warrantee is probably impossible to beat

I ran the 3200.coms for two seasons, and the glass was good, rangefiner good, solver slowish. Never failed me or got me into trouble

But I have since moved to the Swarovski EL Range TA's for their glass quality and solver speed.

If I was on a hard $1000 budget I would still have a hard time not getting the vortex's but they are sight-unseen at this time
