Best Large Binoculars to replace Spotting Scope

Any suggestions on BIG binoculars to replace spotting scope. I have trouble recovering from one eye being closed looking through a spotting scope. Tried a cover/patch and that just wasn't working. Both eyes open looking through spotter is tough. After looking through spotter for 5 minutes or so with one eye closed, the closed doesn't want to focus for a lengthy period of time. That is bad in a hunting scenario. Was thinking of something in the 15 x50, 18x 50, 20x50 to put on a tripod and use to look long range verses the spotter. Firsthand use in recommendation is preferred. Likely will have to order whatever I go with.

Thanks

These are interesting....not sure about the 42mm for low light but still looking.

If you have large pockets and don't mind something very heavy, there's a Meopta S2 big eyes on eBay right now. You get the range of zoom of a spotting scope in both eyes. Never gotten a chance to try one of these personally though.

I have an S2 spotting scope, optically it is an alpha class optic.

If budget allows, the Swaro BTX is best of both worlds. For straight binos, there’s nothing better than the NL Pure 14x52. They are actually about 14.5 and the FOV is massive.

Budget is definitely a consideration, that Big Eye set up is something else. Maybe I'll buy another spotter like the one I have and the big eye adapter. Not sure what dimensions the adapter allows for....research. Thanks to responders. Those Sig Sauer stabilization 20x are in the consideration also. Theres a 18x50 stabilization bino by another brand that I looked at online too. It's good to have choices, just have to get a chance to look through them to decide.

Ive been using them the last few years with my chest binos. They are extremely light and work well as a spotter/big glass combo. I may sell them and move back to 3 glass setup but I am unsure at the moment. I'll know more after my barbary hunt in Feb.

I like my Meopta 15x56 binos... but if budget was not an issue, I'd take the 14x52 NL Pure... its lighter weight.

However... a good pair of Image Stabilized Binoculars is what I end up taking more than anything (and if you pair it with a compact spotter like a kowa 553/554, or small nikon, you'll be about the same overall weight as one big pair of binos... but way more versatile)

I put a video together showing what image stabilized binos do in windy conditions... pretty useful tool.

What's going on with the tripod? A Leofoto tripod base with some custom CF legs?

I wouldn’t buy anything meopta these days. Virtually no ability to get service done if you need it. Maven has 15s or 18s. I think the sig 15xs are made in the same place, they seem near identical in their body - but likely different coatings used if I had to guess

Swaro if you can swing it.
