Best Durable lightweight hiking poles? Peax?

Noone using black diamond anymore? That used to be the rokslide trekking pole of choice.
I think they are fine poles, but to me. they are not worth it compared to what the CMT poles deliver. I can get two sets of CMT poles from Costco for $85 delivered with essentially a lifetime warranty. Hard to beat that.

I've been using these mountain smith ones for 4 years and I have no complaints. Collapse small, stable when extended, don't weight much. I'm extremely happy with them.

I have the Cascade Costco specials, as well as the Fizan 4's from Amazon. The fizans are quite a bit lighter, and I prefer the twist lock for how sleek it is in my pack and through the bush.

I do keep a couple 1'' squares of this stuff to help unstick them when I over tighten a section and can't collapse them. Comes in quite handy!
