Benelli/Franchi “Click”?

Browning and bottom barrel light strikes are a known thing. Nothing to do with the ammunition as you found out. A very large number of shotgun shells are loaded with Cheddite primers as most smaller shotgun shell manufacturers don't make primers. And even some of the biggest manufacturers outsource primed Cheddite hulls for their bottom of the barrel promo loads.

But 100% Browning is known to have bottom barrel firing issues.

Fiocchi, Winchester and Kent.....not much room to go anywhere else.

Is there a "cure"? I am not gonna shit can cases of ammo around a gun. I'll shit can the gun first

What I’ve noticed with my SBE2 I inherited from my grandfather is that set down to hard on the stock the bolt will unlock slightly and that is enough to get the click. Some replace the spring in the stock and it’s supposed to help. For me I’ve learned to just slam the charging handle forward as my shoulder the gun. To verify it’s locked.
