I ran out of Elk meat, ran out of Oryx. Now I'm into the White Tail section of my freezer. Completely forgot how good White tail is. It is definitely back up there on my list. Better than my Big Horn.

Not 1 complaint from my white tail doe. Not gamey at all. The best part, I can get WT on my front lawn. No need to travel out west

not good. everyone loves it on the internet.. I got an old bull, that was tough.

WT is my current passion. I go through phases on critters. At my place in MO, in certain years, they eat mostly soy beans. Those are some good tasting animals. Better than corn IMO.

I am blessed that my city girl wife has been adventurous enough to try and enjoy most of the critters I bring home(including deer heart) - wild game of all sorts are a real treat
