Athlon Rangecraft Chronograph at S&S Archery

Thanks for the update! Any chance you will be able to test and review the unit anytime soon?
Just talked to my Athlon rep. sounds like all units will be arriving at the same time in mid April. So no early demo unit. But it will only take us a day or to for testing, and should be able to get content out quickly once we get one here.

You telling me that these two phones aren't the same as the Garmin vs the Athlon?

Camera is different on the phone, buttons are different on the chronos. After that, the guts and the software are different. Same as most electronics.

That’s somewhat cherry picking, as Samsung also makes phones like this: 1742592921743.jpeg

Also, they’re totally different operating systems with vast distinctions.

And lastly, they were both in the game for many, many years before phones starting assimilating in likenesses.

Meanwhile, Athlon’s first foray into this is just a slightly modified Garmin.

I didn't cherry pick I compared a Samsung phone to an Apple phone. Different models out there, but is the one I posted different?

Operating systems produce the same thing. Send a text, send an email, make a phone call, surf the internet. The end goal is the same. Garmin and Athlon will have their own operating systems on their devices. The end game of the system is to tell you the speed of the bullet.

Samsung blackjack 2006 - a copy of Blackberry
Samsung instinct 2008 - a copy of the iphone

Technology gets copied all the time, tvs, watches phones, as I said. No different than an xbox vs a PlayStation. Two video gaming systems that's get you to the same place. Call of duty on PS is the same as call of duty on xbox. The internal guts are different but then get you to the same video game.

If Garmin could of patented anything about the look or the style, they would have.

The only question to really ask, whose software will do it better?
