Mine never popped up on my account and I bought mine Friday...... it took me logging into the draw and looking up my sportsman ID in the draw then it showed my license thank god..... I called the AZ fish and game and the number selection system hung up everytime..... the stuff is a little disorganized telephonically
I’ve never been able to make my portal account work.
I go to login, and it tells me there’s not an account with that email.
I go to create a new account, it tells me there’s already an account with that email.
I go to reset password, it says it will send an email to reset it. It says If you don’t get a reset email, it’s because you don’t have an account. I never get an email....
Continuous circular jerking.
Thankfully you can apply with your sportsman’s ID, but Inwould sure like to look and confirm that my points are accounted for.
I have called and been put on hold for hours several times.
I also struggled to sign into my account and my dads. No luck calling the headquarters, but after calling another AZ office, I spoke with a woman who helped me out. My issues were all from using my sportsmans ID, and not my SSN. Once I switched to using the SSN, there were no issues logging in, and getting my points.
