Arizona late rifle hunt 7w

Hello,

I drew this out of state tage back in 04. I loved the area, and only ended shooting a small bull partly due to the fact that a snow storm pushed alot
of the elk into lower unit.
Looking to start applying again for this unit. I know there are better units, but I got lucky and drew this permit on my second year.
Anyone have any comments on how that unit is doing in terms of elk numbers? Also, let me know if you have any suggestions of any other units in area that would be good.
My goal is a decent shot at a mature bull.

Great unit, still has a bunch of elk. But it can be tough on the late hunt, like all of the late hunts. I'd choose it over a flat, thick unit like 9 for the late hunt any day.You can glass the heck out of it and find some bulls most years.
