Are there any details on the Raven, custom Tikka action from UM?

I know that they are going with an integrated pic rail instead of the Tikka dovetail. Has anybody else heard any other differences?

A 3-position safety or being able to run the bolt while on safe would be a dream addition to a Tikka.

I'm going to get a custom rifle built and not sure if I should wait for that action or use a milled Tikka.
