Applying for Wy elk

Is it possible for a non resident to apply for a general elk tag or do I have to specify a unit?

I've looked high & low on their site & I have no clue...

There are general tags and limited entry tags. The general will give you access to all the general units. Check the regs for the general units.

I applied for a general tag drew a tag and shot a bull. Pretty amazing experience. Haven't drawn a tag since. Best of luck
