I came across these in a Sporting Goods store and thought I'd give them a try. I struggle with socks and have tried just about everything out there. For mountain hunting I usually end up wearing two thin pair of socks. I have a high volume foot and usually a liner sock and wool sock are too heavy, making my boots too tight. Lately I've been wearing a thin liner sock and a thin hiking sock and getting by, but it is not perfect.

The Double Layer Wrightsock is basically a thin liner sock sewn into a nice "Dri-Wright" outer sock. Though it feels like you're wearing one pair of socks, you are getting the benefit of two. I hiked/snow shoed in mine last night and was impressed. Just looking for some feedback from those that have wore these socks in the mountains. I think I found something that works!
