Anyone justify a 22 cal after already having a 6mm?

So I just got my tikka 243 fast twist dialed with some 103 bullets....now im bored. Been thinking about going 22 cal for the next project. Currently run a 243, 6.5 creed, 6.5 PRC, and 270 win. Looks like ive got all the "bigger stuff" covered.
So, 223, 22 arc, 22 Creed?
Or maybe just get a suppressed 22 LR so I can shoot it for next to nothing and be ultra quiet? These are the questions that ail me.

Man. Everyone needs a 223/5.56. You have an AR?

This year I built a .223, A 22arc and a 6arc. The .223 in 16inch is quite amazing and no other AR is really needed, it does everything. But, I do like the 6ARC 16 inch as my ultralight scouting rifle and my 22ARC 20inch for Coyotes, just different configs. Those last 2 use the same size casing so can be confusing, I don't recommend both in the same house. I'd say get a nice .223.

22s are cool.

If you get bored like me another fun one is 204 Ruger. Been shooting them since around 2008.

My 26” 8 twist krieger on my .204 AI has the 55 grain Bergers at 3,650ish fps. It’s a laser gun.

I went 6.5 Grendel >243 1/8 > 6arc >>22arc….

Grendel could handle it all, but like you I got bored, and needed to build more test loads. So now I have 3 of the Howa minis that I’ve built plenty of deer loads for, and each one is great. It’s a madness, but a good one to be addicted to!

I vote yes, and 22 arc 😀
