Anyone actually have to use a RF bino warranty?

Whenever it comes to RF binos, warranty is always brought up, with the common complaint being "electronics fail." Certainly not denying that claim. Has anyone ever had issues with their RF bino electronics or had to warranty a pair specifically for the electronics? My guess would be that RF bino electronics are no more or less reliable than other electronics hunters use. Just looking to build a sample size.

For the last 9 years I've been using Leica Geovid HD-R 10x42's ( closed bridge) with great satisfaction.
I came across a used set of the same that was having RF issues, because of that they were for sale at a great price.
I bought them and sent them in to Leica. For a little over $200 they replaced the RF and went through the entire bino bringing it to like new condition, their CS was great.
Meanwhile my old original Geovids continue seeing heavy use and have not missed a beat.
I gave up about stressing over the "what ifs" when it comes to RF binos.

Yes, sig kilos the originals. Got 2ish years and then they stopped giving targeting data despite updating everything. Sent them in and got a new pair of 6ks from sig

I have sent in at least 3 Vortex rangefinders and received replacements. With each RF, the max yardage has decreased 50%+ over time.

Yes.

Revics.

New unit delivered.
Mind if I ask what the issue/failure was? Thinking strongly about buying a pair, just curious if it was an optical thing or RF or software issue? Assume they were good to deal with CS wise? Thanks

They arrived brand new severely out of collimation. I talked to Revic and they had me send them back and replaced them with a different pair. No issues since.
