Each year get better and better. There is something satisfying about processing your own meat. Between 2 hogs, an elk and several deer this year the only meat my family will have to purchase. Each year my neighbor and a few other hunting buddies put our venison together and do an equal split. It is usually a couple of long days however is rewarding at the end. I can wait until my girls are a little bit older and are able to help as well. But for now my two year old loves to help contribute a few brats at a time. ;)

A regular sausage party over there. I still need to get mine started...maybe I'll pregame the super bowl with some

that looks great, I’m just starting sausage season here. I have 30 pounds to grind tonight for snack sticks as our first batch of the season.

Maple blueberry w/swiss, Chili Cheese, Fiesta Chedddar, Mango Habenaro, Wild Rice and Cheddar, Philly Cheese,Honey Mustard and Sassy Honey mustard for brats.
Smoked Polish Kielbasa and Ring Bolagna
Sticks we did Jalepeno and Bloody Mary seasoning. I still have meat to do honey bbq.
Summer Sausage was all Garlic and Spicy garlic with whatever cheese was left.
We also did weiners, breakfast sausage links, chorizo and some tubed breakfast sausage.

Almost all of the seasonings came from PS seasoning except the chili brat seasoning and breakfast sausages which came from southern indiana butcher supply.

Looks delicious! We do something similar with our family and it's my favorite time of year

Damn- looks good. Makes me feel lazy for just calling it good after grinding burger.
