Treadmill on max incline with a 40# pack for a couple miles each day at 3-4 MPH.
Running uphill/downhill sprints for 45 minutes a few times a week.
Jump roping every morning for 10-15 minutes to start each day.
Still hitting the same hill with pack couple times a week but I am thinking I may start dragging a tire.
I’ve been increasing what I’m doing as we get closer since I’ve plateau at a weight. Gonna go keto for 6-8 weeks if I have too but trying to wait till after vacay to start.
