Hey guys, I have searched all over, but haven't been able to find what I'm looking for...

Trying to find pics of how guys are setting up their AMR bags when carrying a Spotter. Obviously, could just add the spotting scope pocket, but what about tripod? Attach it with the compression straps? Would love to see pictures of how guys are running theirs. Thanks!

I don't have any experience with running a spotting scope on my AMR since I don't own a spotter, but I would imagine that running a spotting scope pocket would be a must to keep it safe/secure unless you wanted to put it in the main bag, which would be super inconvenient. A spotting scope pocket would also be a good place to keep a puffy or rain jacket for quick access.

As far as the tripod goes, I just run mine with the compression straps, it works really well and it hasn't been an issue as far as damaging the tripod. See below for a couple of photos of my current setup.

Thanks for the pics.

I use a large side pocket attached to the front of the pack, over the 2 pockets that are already there. I cut a close cell foam pad to fit in the pocket to protect the spotter, and to sit on while glassing. The pad also allows me to cinch the pocket tightly to the pack, and still get the spotter out without loosening any straps. I'll try to get some pictures posted of it.

I have a 80 mm Swaro and an Outdoorsman tripod and it all fits fine with room to spare in the Spotter pocket.
