If money is no object and you're ok with a framed bag, a lesser-known feature of the the MR Pop Up series is the integrated ¼” - 20 optics thumbscrew for optics. Combined with the overload shelf, it might suit your needs!

Exo has a 2200 cu.in. bag that fits that criteria as well.
