Ammo storage for travel

I’m take a class this fall for a week and half 10 hour drive from home.

For the ammo I have a getting box 15 for daily ammo usage. Was wondering if it would be better to do one large box in the truck with the 4000+ round or do two smaller boxes. The box might be over 100lbs and unable to move it.

Some of them will be loose bulk someone will be precision rifle loaded into cases.
