Would you bother to re-zero? (ammo change)

Just one example. I slipped and fell whole hunting last week. It was pouring out so when I got home I completely disassembled the gun, cleaned, and put it back. Went out to foul the bore & check zero. It was low at 200 yds by 6 inches.
Haven't had time to troubleshoot, I just switched rifles.
