Ambient hoody…wacky stitching on hood

Good morning all,
I received a “new” hoody from a vendor a couple days ago. It arrived with the normal tags but no plastic bag. The last couple inches of the stitching on one of the hood seams is really bad. Its actually bunched up. I have a hard time believing the factory would miss that. Im going to call the vendor for sure. Anyone seen anything like this from sitka? Ideas how to proceed? Thanks

Exactly this. My guess is the OP bought a knock off made in china.

I called the retailer. Said they are authorized. Would do a refund. I then called sitka. They initially said i needed to work thru the retailer. I sent pics anyway. They responded with an offer to swap for the ambient 100 hooded jacket. Can’t complain with that and was a nice surprise. Havent decided yet.
