As a business owner I have zero tolerance for bad service. I think what has happened to customer service the last few years is disgusting. Any place like that should be roasted in my opinion. I’d keep ‘em or sell em and get some cash for a different brand.
I would email them and let them know. And tell them they can have the stuff back. But to let me know when they will stop by the house to pick it up if they want to make sure
i will be there. I would have a more helpful attitude if you wouldn't have went thru all the hassle to start with.

After 3 months of trying to upgrade from a series 3 to a 4 on an insurance claim she was promised a free upgrade to a 7 for the hassle. Three days later two 6s showed up. My dad called and they said no. Shows here we only sent you one.
