This is what I'd expect of any company. I mean shoot if I had an individual issue with someone with PayPal and the charge was reversed I'd expect the same. Not saying you were wrong but that's kind of the nuclear option in any transaction.

Kinda confused by people saying psa has the right the be mad. Idk the time lapse between their “refund” and the OP checking the accounts but their actions could at minimum be considered deceptive or, depending on state laws, theft if there never was a refund.

I’ve bought from them a few times over the years and each time it has been charge my card immediately, an excessive delay until shipping but I did always receive the product. Kinda hard to want to do business with them when so many people have had issues beyond normal retail stuff.

It’s very clear on their website they don’t ship to certain states. And no substitutions are made. Sucks that they do this, but it’s part of the natural consequences of living in a commie state.

I compare it to ordering a full-auto rated BCG and receiving an empty box because you don’t have a Class III.

Dang, I had nothing but good luck with them ordering AR-15 components before the ban a few years ago. Don't know what might have happened. I will admit, I have not ordered anything from them in a couple years.

I would understand if they weren’t still holding my money. After 3 months of calling and showing physical evidence that they hadn’t refunded my money, that’s when I had the issue. They also even noted in the comments that the investigation done by my bank concluded that I hadn’t gotten any money back and they had the item I returned.

Yeah, I would have reversed the charges with my bank too. Lots of places to shop - maybe them banning you will turn out to be a good thing. You can take your $$$$ elsewhere.

No, but I was using it as an example of PSA NOT sending items that were paid for and saying the legal terms didn't allow it.
