I feel like we tend to point out the bad for various companies without enough recognition when they treat us right.
Unknown Munitions deserves some credit for excellent service.
I posted some pictures and had some discussion on pages 555 and 556 of the Rokstok thread. It was determined my stock should be warrantied in the thread.
From the time I submitted an email to UM they were very responsive within an hour and never once questioned if I did something to cause the problem. Many emails back and forth working out what items I should keep off the stock in case they don’t have a rail, etc when they get the new stock from Stockys. All easy communication right through when they got the stock and were about to cerakote.
All under a month door to door. I shipped it to UM on 4/9, they emailed for paint colors and scheme on 4/28 and it’s in my hands today 5/6.
This is why I keep going back to UM when I need something and trust when there is a pre order item. My original Rokstok was the original December 21 drop order.
Keep it up UM and thank you for setting an example to others in the industry.
