Just had to pop in here and relate my experience with AB suppressors. Ordered a Raptor 8 back in February and after a three week wait the ATF decided I wasn't a terrorist and said I could actually possess it. (Oddly enough, my buddy bought a suppressor same day as I did and got his approval in a day-ah, well…)

I picked it up and went to unscrew the reflex from the main body and noticed it was tight…very tight. Took a toothbrush to the threads and gave it a light oiling but with two guys couldn't screw it all the back together (the threads got VERY hot). I noticed some ‘slag’ in the threads I couldn't get out and didn't want to mess with a brand new can lest I make something worse and void a warranty.

Called AB and talked to Jacob and he sent me a postpaid label the next day. I shipped it out Sat and with Prez day UPS showed them getting it last Thursday. I had forgot to ask a timeframe and didn't want to be one of “those people” so I figured I'd wait out the week and email them this Thursday or Friday. Lo and behold, I get a knock on the door after work today and it was the man in brown with a very invitingly shaped box…

Pulled it out and everything fits perfectly now and screws apart and together smoothly. Coming from Kansas to here in Idaho that fast (over a weekend, no less) tells me they jumped right on it. It's nice to know there are still small businesses out there who stand behind their products and deliver more than lip service to customer service.

Now, I just gotta resight the rifle and go cull some rockchucks this weekend…

(btw, this is my first can so looking forward to the fun)

Glad to hear as an owner of an A-10 that I love.

Nice to know that they will help a brother out if something goes wrong.

Great to see a positive review for a company doing right by its customers.

I am a dealer for AB, and have dealt with Jacob over the phone and via email several times. He has always been super helpful, glad to hear he takes care of their customers too 👍. Just recieved another can from them yesterday in fact. They're a solid company!

AB provided me fantastic customer service during my can purchase. I would highly recommend them not only because of their amazing product, but they are also a fantastic people that clearly care about their customers.

That is good to hear. I just got the email from them today that they are sending mine to my dealer.
