How was it oversold? What did they say it was going to do that it failed to do, specifically?
Since my post is being quoted here, I guess I need to clarify. I am not upset with UM/US at all. I don’t feel like I was treated badly or that I’m owed anything. I’m simply expressing my frustration with how the timing of these product releases worked out for me, relative to my own purchases. I can express frustration without needing someone else to be at fault.
