I want to try some I bought a box of 155s to try just to see. Looks like Federal has been on par. I hope they put those bullets out again

I haven't shot the 155s, but the 170s have shot pretty well (sub MOA) in my guns.

They didn't have the 170s or 175s I just wanted to see how bad hornadys were. But if you look up the bc is pretty close to a 162 they aren't short an fat at all

Hornady podcast when they announced the 7prc said even though it was designed heavy for caliber high BC bullets that you can load lighter no problem

Loaded up 5 of each Rl26 an 23 trying different lengths.RL23 obviously had some accuracy issues compared to everything else. N560 an 565 looked really good. I only had two empty cases left why there was only 2 with 565 but looked promising. I'll atleast have data with those two since Alliant Powder is so hard to find an priced ridiculous.

For sure, I loaded up 5 each of RL 26 an 23 since I have a few lbs on hand seated bullet further out an am using Larg rifle match instead of magnums see what kind of group I get today. Goal was atleast 2800 anything over is a bonus. Only got be used to 5 or 600 yds at most an idk that ever happen lol. If I don't like what they do I may do two 5 shot groups with 560 an 565 too. I have to order that if it works only thing local is priced $20 higher a lb than online

20" 7prc he is going to shoot some factory Hornady ammo over the weekend and hopefully, i get it next week.

Just depends on the powder from what I've noticed. I loaded some up with 560 in once fired brass actually .1 grain less then what I'd been running an it was smoking. Average 3013 with 18 inch barrel but it was hot. I'm gonna back er down see where to where speed settle but think I found my grouping at .010 off with 162 ELDX.

Nice man, I am just going to run factory ammo in this one, got both 175s and 180 Hornady, Federal is ages away from hitting our shores.

I know the 180s kill very well and buck the wind like a mf . That's what I need in the NZ hills the most as our wind is on crack.

I hear that. I just got some federal 175s to chrono. I only got 2810 with 180 eldms an 22 inch barrel 2690ish when I went to 18. The 155 feds did 3000 with a 18 inch

Yes sir average loss of just over 24fps per inch
