45 grains of RL15 under a 120 ttsx at around 3050fps was my go to for several years. Alas, I’m all out and can’t find anymore. I’ve gone to 51 grains of BG and 120 NBT and been happy. About the same velocity and similar or better terminal performance

Just sent off my REM 7600 to be rebarrelled in 7mm08 as an inside 200 yards rig for pigs & sambar.

I have a stash of 160 TMKs, 4350 and could only find Hornady brass.

Thoughts on going 20 or 18” barrel and 1:9 twist?

What barrel length do you have. I have a Ruger Gen 1 compact that i going to start building a load for and looking to shoot the ttsx 120gr.
