6mm ARC vs 6mm Creedmoor Shorty?

Outperform is kinda subjective. Outperform in what way? For a PRS round? A slower round that's less expensive to load can be a good thing. Easier to spot shots at slower speed, less recoil and easier on barrels. That's about it. 6 creedmoor has evey advantage Ballistic wise same bullet traveling faster carries more energy and capotalizes on B.C.
 
No replacement for displacement. More volume in the case, more powder, more speed. At the top end, more doesn't get you much more velocity, just shorter barrel life.
