6mm arc build Howa Mini or buy complete

Anyone paying attention remember what the usual discount is when they put the barreled actions on sale?

Just pulled up my invoice - my 6 ARC 20" barreled action was $359 shipped from Brownell's. That was the sale price along with an extra 15% that was floating around.

With factory bm and mag, 3 pounds 8.1 oz on my scale when I first got it

Which is a full 14 oz lighter than the 20" heavy steel barreled action.

I waited for a while for a Howa barreled action, then found a Ruger American Gen 2 in 6mm ARC locally… Added a Timney trigger, Area 419 muzzle break, Arken EP5 5-24 x 56 scope, MDT Ground bipod and (FINALLY) my MDT Field Stock arrives tomorrow.

Working up loads now. Best so far is 0.35” at 100 yards!

Hope ya’ll don’t mind me joining in with my non-Howa build… (I wanted one!)
