Need some bullet recommendations for 6.5 creedmoor with 1:8 twist. This gun will be primarily used for whitetail deer, hogs, black bear and antelope with ranges
From 25-100 yards, 200yd max

I’m a huge fan of the 140gr ELD-M in the 6.5 Creedmoor. Great balance of velocity, BC and terminal performance from 100-600 yards.

That being said, the 140 can get a bit splashy inside of 100 yards. This still results in a very dead animal but you might lose a bit of meat depending on where you hit it.

The easy button here is the 147 ELD-M. It seems to be a tougher bullet than both the 140 ELD-M and 143 ELD-X. It’s great at longer distances, too.

A sleeper that you might not consider but that would be perfect for this application is the 140gr Nosler Ballistic Tip. It holds up extremely well at even the shortest distances but packs a big wallop and plenty of penetration for the bear and hogs. You’d be fine out to 500 yards, as well.

Really, with the animals that you mention and the short range, just pick any bullet that shoots well and weighs more than 120gr (to avoid true varmint bullets). At shorter ranges I would lean toward NBT, TGK, Fusion, corelokt, interlock, gamekingHPBT. For that range I would want cheaper but slightly tougher.

Barnes harvest collection is cheap
Federal fusion is easy to find
Corelokt is ubiquitous
Hornady whitetail is cheap and available
Nosler whitetail country and NBT is easy
I don’t know if the gameking HPBT is factory loaded for 6.5 creedmoor
