45 Cal Bullet for Deer

Setting up a CVA Accura LRX for my uncle. He’ll be using it for whitetail with no scope or sabot restrictions. Will be shooting BH209. Shots could be close out to 300 yards where he hunts.

Anyone have a similar setup and able to share?

45 cal bullet recommendations would be appreciated. Considering trying Barnes, Fury and Cutting Edge Maximus.

I had to use a wad to get them to stabilize. Accurate was great.

Any of those options with a sabot would be great on a whitetail I would imagine
