You won't be disappointed in the 7 SAUM. Excellent caliber choice for a light weight hunting rifle. I've owned a couple of 7 SAUM's, and they are extremely accurate, and super easy to find a load for. I'm picking my next one up November 1st hopefully. I went with a tikka action, that was trued, with a 26" proof research barrel. Trigger was lightened with a MTC spring, and the action was bedded in a McMillan Game Warden Ultralight stock. Should be lite enough to drag around the mountains, but heavy enough to still be accurate for longer shots if needed. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Now I just need to get a tag.
