I understand the concepts but don’t have the knowledge to know the actual numbers and measurements I would need for throating for the 134’s. Your opinion is the saami chamber is sufficient?
SAAMI, no.......technically the chamber has no freebore. It has a long 3 degree lead or throat. I'd have a reamer specd with 0.258-0.2585 freebore diameter, 1.5 degree lead. Keep the freebore length around 0.130-0.140 and you should be good.

Not exactly what you have going on but in 2018 I put a 1:8 26 tube on one of my browning and had it throated for the 121 hammers at the time there weren’t a lot of options for the .257. Wishing so badly I got a 1:7 twist but Brux didn’t offer one.

Using imr 8133 I was getting 3250 out of those hammers. I hardly shoot that gun anymore though because the real world bc on those 121’s was abysmal. Terminal performance however was great. Just had to have very little wind to hit something.

I'm very interested in rifle projects using heavyweight 25 caliber projectiles through short barrels, more of this please!

I'm curious to see what it would take to get the 134 ELD-M reliably in all weather conditions to at least 2850fps, without having to be on the very bleeding edge of performance, in a 17" - 20" barrel, understanding that this is a reloading exercise. Goal would be to equal or exceed the performance of a 24" 6.5 Creed shooting 140 ELDM @ 2750

25 Creed, .25-284, and 25-06 are the .473 cartridges in short, medium, long
25-6.5PRC, 25-7PRC, and 257 Wby is Mag bolt face is short, medium, and long

There's certainly other cases out there, and I don't know them. I have to figure that there's some combo out there than can deliver.

And I'm interested to see how playing the different tactics, like seating the bullets long and with custom-reamed chamber, using extended-length magazines or actions, or using AI versions, can all add up.

Like, a 25PRC with a long throat, using binder-free plates in short action, or jumping up to medium action. Doing the same sort of thing with .25-284. Is .25-06 enough with a just a new throat, or does going the AI path (how viable is re-necking 280AI?) really need to also happen? The 257 Wby case and throat and everything are all too-old school, but if, again, newly throated fast-twist barrels were used, would it deliver on this desired short-barrel .25 heavy level of performance? The questions are interesting, and I can imagine a lot people have worked this problem into something that's very solvable.
