I'm considering a rifle build and the action (and configuration) I was planning to purchase has been a bit hard to find.
The one I want seems to be coming back in stock, but I found the light weight action from the same vendor on sale for about 7% cheaper than the standard version (its typically more expensive). I'm inclined to buy the light weight version and just use it on my target rifle, but I want to make sure I am not overlooking a disadvantage.
Just in case it matters, I am looking at a .478 bolt face long action that will chambered for high bc bullets in 25-06, .257 Roberts or 260 Remington.
