22LR Bolt Gun - Action Recommendations

I can't for the life of me figure out what's causing it
I don’t remember since I got rid of mine a few years ago but it was either smashing the bullets into the bottom of the feed ramp, or they were going into the chamber at too steep of an angle making them hang up on the upper part of the chamber.

When it would FTF and is ejected the round, there would be a big gouge on the bullet.

Which of these would you recommend for kids? I wanting to get them a trainer

The CZ 457 Scout has worked really well for my daughter: I got it for her when she was six. She will turn nine this year. It comes with iron sights, which are minimalist. I put a red dot sight on it because that’s a lot easier for her.

My wife is pretty small, I got a ruger American rimfire and bought a compact stock piece for it. it works well for her.

Sometimes I wish id gotten her a cz scout but in reality, the ruger magazines are the best, the gun is accurate and it came all set up (rail for scope rings, 16" barrel, threaded barrel) and the price was good.

Good to hear. I just want something to teach fundamentals. Last thing I want is issues

T1x for me.
Have two mags without much issue. Its the wire ejection early model gun.
Just picked up 8 spare mags cheap so hopefully they do ok.
Waiting on a grey birch chassis to get here.

I have been trying to decide between the B 14r and the cz 457. I really like the looks of the varmint percision.
