WTB Short Action or Barreled Short Action

Looking for a short action to build off of. Preferably under $1000
Tikka/Sako or a Rem 700 clone (zermatt origin, Bergara, lone peak, etc)

I would also be interested in a barreled action with a 25 creedmoor or 6 creedmoor barrel, preferably in the 18-22” range. Obviously willing to spend more for a barreled action.
