Interested in this as well after doing, and really enjoying, the cold bow challenge for the first time this year. I am MUCH less proficient with a rifle thought so some forced real world scenario would be valuable. When I practice, I think I usually hit where I am aiming at 400 and in, but will certainly test that theory. My average shot distance is well below 200 yards and the farthest I have ever shot at a deer has been 380, while the wolf I killed this fall was 550. Be interesting to know what kind of luck was involved with that 550 yd shot so I may use that as my MER for this challenge and more than likely realize that I had no business shooting that far.
