Yes since the only way to get a PP is to apply in Colorado

Happens every year, I scanned thru the stats and saw residents burning 19-20 PP on cow elk tags in a unit(s) that have leftovers. People aren't smart.

Oh i do every year, its quite entertaining. It is also fun watching all the people who use GOhunt....

with that said i am also suffering as i am trailing exactly one point behind two years in a row for my elk unit that I want to hunt

Yeah i saw that as well. I always wonder how many are on purpose or a mistake.

That unsuccessful 15 point applicant presumably didn't draw because he was in a group with someone with fewer points.
