Good work to everyone in here making a commitment and progress so far!

I'll join in, I've been looking for a place of accountability.

Age: 32
Height: 6' 0"
Starting weight (12/26): 225#
weight on 1/20: 213# 21.4% BF
Weight on 2/19: 207#

Goal: 190-195# 12-15%BF

Been eating Keto for 13 days at a time then 1 meal off on day 14. Did a dry January, then had a couple cocktails during the super bowl but plan to clean that up till I hit my goal weight.

Go to crossfit 3-5x a week, walk the dog daily, 3.5 mile hike with 600' elevation once or twice a week.

Hardest part is working from home and hearing the sirens song of all the treats in the kitchen just 15' and a door away.

1/28 242
2/19 237

I started using the My Fitness Pal app to track food/calories. It is incredible how much clean food I need to eat to hit even 1800+ cals/day. I almost can't do it, and that says a lot coming from a dude that can put it away. The goal is 1820 cal/day and I haven't hit it once. Sure is easier to get calories with Mama's home made pasta and meatballs.

Yesterday my waist around the bellybutton line was 30", 34" around hips but I put on a few #'s the last 3 weeks.....working to drop it off. 65, 6' 0" and 184#. Which is a good functional weight for me....although I would rather be 180.

My fat ass needs to join in on this. Got lazy and sloppy over the last couple of years. I'm 6'2" and up to 240lbs. Gonna lay off the booze and soda and tighten up the diet a ton. Looking to be around 185-195 with plenty of strength.

215 this morning, added 1 pound since last Wednesday but down 20 lbs since Jan 3rd.

Had a minor set back after I ran a chainsaw across my quad a few inches above knee on Saturday. Thought it was necessary to have rum and 7up all afternoon, then Jim Beam and 7up Sunday followed by homemade pizza. Yesterday morning was actually up to 220 but pissed 5 pounds out since.

Will do upper body today and test out quality of stitch job with some light squats today.

Hope the injury wasn't too bad and heals quickly. Chainsaws can be a problem even for the experienced.

10 stitches, only skin and no muscle. Have used saw for 18 years on the farm without incident but it only takes a split second to change that. I'm blaming the deep snow and my own stupidity.

Thanks for well wishes,

Chris

Cleaned up diet and got down to 204 by Jan 1.
Training for a sprint triathlon and as of today I'm 192.
First race is April 18 and I want to race at 180.

Good to hear you are not too bad off. My wife runs one nearly daily (20 years/sawmill) and I get to hear about the near misses too often. We have seen some bad incidents over the years. I don't get too complacent because I don't use them that often.

I'll join.. I'm 63, 5 ft 4-146.8 lbs. Goal is 130 . I changed to a less active job 4 years ago and have slowly got out of shape, sugar and bad cholesterol both up also. Giving up Mt. Dews is going to major SUCK... Official start date is March 1st.

Someone on here suggested the Joanne Soh Plank video on You Tube (Thank You) , so I pushed thought her "workout for Beginners" on Tuesday and again today. My plan was to do the beginner this week and then do her 8 week program stating Monday. Well my brain may say I'm no beginer but my body is screaming " BEGINNERRRRR ". I can do them form home, thought core would be a good place to start.
