Never caught up with him. We waited 45 minutes or so never saw him so thought he had bedded. Once I got on his tracks I followed them over the next ridge he just walked real slow the whole way. Wind was wrong so I hiked up to the meeting spot with jimmy. Eating lunch now

This is Jimmy, my phone wont work for some reason. I had a shot at 42 yards but it was right into the sun so I didnt take the shot. The rest of the pack was 30 yards on the other side of a dead tree but i couldn't find a Lane. I wanted to move to the left for my pick of the pack but wind was wrong so I went to the right side to come over on top but they busted. The snow is just too crunchy, I think they heard me no smell. Oh well that's hunting those lucky little bastards hahaha
