Awesome bucks guys. Too bad I couldn't add my wife to the thread. Had our worst hunt yet for her muzzy tag. Oh well, that's why its called hunting.

My Nevada buck. Not the biggest on the mountain, but was happy to nonetheless.

My last day to hunt in WA high buck. Happy to fill the freezer. He was with a couple 150-160 bucks but I couldn't get a shot.

Obligatory shot with my camp shoes. They belonged to my best friend who worked for Twin Falls FD and was killed this spring. They will go on every hunt with me from now on. I hope to hunt Idaho next year as a memorial hunt.

when you do come to Idaho let me know, if you're hunting any area I'm familiar with I'll help you out anyway I can. I didn't know your friend personally but working for the city organization I know many that did personally know him and were directly affected by his passing. God bless

Thank you, that is very generous. I was honored to be one of the speakers at his funeral and I was blown away by the community response. That's a special place. We have been out a few times since and will be there again for thanksgiving. I would love to move there, he and I had been scheming about how to make that happen.

Taken on the 3rd day of Utah General Archery Season. 50 yards right in the boiler room, he made it 50 yards before crashing trying to jump a downed tree. First deer I have ever got and my first big game animal with my bow.

My buddy got a really nice deer. I plan to do a write up when we get them back from being euro mounted and I can get some pictures together.

Do you reload that 7wsm? If so where do you get your brass? Nice buck

I shoot a 7wsm and locating brass is definitely a problem. If you keep checking gunbroker.com, some times you can find bags of Winchester brass. They run around $100 for a bag of 50. Other than that, buy loaded ammo and pull it apart. Good luck!!

Thanks. I've got three boxes of loaded ammo. That is what I was planning on doing. Do you have a pet load you like?
