a buddy just dropped off 100 180 bulldozers for me to try. Has anyone seen any real bc numbers on these yet? They're claiming. 545g1 which seems pretty optimistic for the sd of these.
I shot the 196gr .308 Bulldozers some this summer out to 600 yards. BC was on at .600 out of a 1:9 twist barrel. Might drop a little in a 1:10.
Shot great. Easy to find a good load and nothing odd with them related to pressure. I used the same load I use for 200gr Barnes LRX and that was money. 1/2" 5 shot groups in that .300 Win Mag.
I'm all about copper bullets, and this brand is one that has escaped me until now. Not much info on their website as to performance or how they are built. Care to shed any light on this for us out there?
I have no practical experience beyond loading up a random guess of rl26 and stuffing them in some win cases. They shot .75-1.25" but also seemed to stay sub moa to at least 700 for me.
