Well it's done. My 2017 MTN. Goat hunt is over. Lots of miles, thousands of vertical feet covered 13 days with archery tackle and I ended using a rifle. Watched a mountain lion chase my number 1 Billy thru the bowl into the cliffs. Ended up taking the second biggest I saw. He's got 5 3/8 bases unbroken horn is 10 1/8 broken horn is an even 9". He was aged at 7 1/2 years old by the biologist. It was unforgettable. Hope one day to hunt them again.
