    Go to a mountaineering shop, try on all there boots, If thats not an option order a bunch from zappos wear them around your house send back the ones you dont like. The pairs of Lowe and zamberlin ive tried did not have narrow lasts.As stated above Id look to Scarpa and Lasportva.

    I have a FF Snowbunting, I am happy with it but id say it would probably be tight for you. My brother is your size and had a snow bunting, was too tight, then he picked up an WM kodiak and said he is much happier with the fit. A 0 to 10 deg would be a good range for an all around bag IMO.

    Get a g20 and leave it alone. Hardcast and stock barrel has always worked fine for me,Ive used 200 and 230 gr double tap, 200 and 220 gr buffalo boar and 200gr underwood all runs flawlessly.

    Ship it to an FFL, pick it up there. Other then that, your only other option is flying it up with you on a commercial airliner.
