    Permethrin must be wicked stuff, I used to have a little room off the back door of the house that always filled with flies. I sprayed around the door frame with permethrin and it was still killing flies a year and a half later that were landing on the doorframe!

    The major affect on a bullet is if the actual base is damaged, from what I've read in some ballistic books you can significantly damage a bullet and have the POI remain the same as long as its not the base. Not sure what distances this holds true for.
