PA 5-0, your tree stat is surprising considering our logging and as you mentioned the amount of cities. I imagine modern fire suppression efforts have a large role in this.
There are two small holes in each cam that your string is supposed to line up over, it is on the side of the cams.
According to hoyt the string does not have to be centred over the holes for proper tune, just has to be over it somehow.
If you go to archerytalk there is a good write up about...
Thanks for the reviews! Your testing setup seems perfect for real world hunting with those goats.
I've always worried about mechs but your write up certainly inspires confidence in them.
I have the gore tex neutrons and really like them.
I wear a significant orthotic and these boots fit well with them. No blisters or hot spots, and they are holding up great so far. I have about 60-70 miles on them I guess
I'm not trying to come across as a kuiu fanboy here but maybe this is an isolated problem?
I feel like if this was a wide spread problem the kuiu forum would be flooded with complaints, considering the number of tents sold. Time will tell, even companies like big agnes have lemons slip through...
Todd, that's good news!
GF is looking forward to the hot springs and I want to see goats, might work out well.
Have a good trip JP hope the sightings work out!
Permethrin must be wicked stuff, I used to have a little room off the back door of the house that always filled with flies.
I sprayed around the door frame with permethrin and it was still killing flies a year and a half later that were landing on the doorframe!
Looking at that hipbelt, I wish it fit the 2013 icon frame. 32kms last weekend with my 2013 frame and love it except for the ram logo in the lumbarpad, eventually irritated my back. Going to try different foam thickness and hope the lumbar softens up.
I've been quite happy with my kuiu gear and...
Ya it's unfortunate. I'm glad I got my olive drab chugach pants when I did.
Wish their new stuff came in solids, just bought a marmot rain jacket that would have been $225 regularly and it isn't even close in comparison.
Unfortunately a common saying around here is "if it's brown it's going down" therefore I make sure I'm not wearing anything brown.
Coyote packs look awesome but not something I am willing to risk due to the stupidity of others
The major affect on a bullet is if the actual base is damaged, from what I've read in some ballistic books you can significantly damage a bullet and have the POI remain the same as long as its not the base. Not sure what distances this holds true for.
