Light weight merino short sleeve crew, Lt. Wt. Merino long sleeve 1/4 zip, hard shell, puffy jacket , wind proof fleece beanie,and a pair of soft shell gloves. Later season I might add a fleece pull over as a mid layer. This is what works for me in Colorado at 11-11,500ft during September.
if you are having heel slip on the lowas then the han wags might work for you as I found the han wags a little narrow and lowas perfect for me. also, consider asolo.
Each and every gun is different. Get the test kit form Thor, find the size that loads the best and order 1-2 packs in 300 AND 350 gr. I would probably start with 90gr. of powder(by volume) and build up a load from there.
